It’s mainly because some rooms come with a private terrace with amazing views of the town.
The location is great too as it’s only about 20 min walk from the town centre.
And lastly, it’s very affordable to stay there!
Un B&B per soggiornare a Ragusa Ibla è il Terra del Sole Ibla che sorge a pochi passi dal Palazzo della Cancelleria e dalla chiesa Santa Maria dell’Itria. La struttura ricettiva composta da otto camere dislocate in due strutture l’una di fronte all’altra, in un palazzo del Settecento.
Alcune delle stanze sono dotate di terrazza con vista sulla città e vi è un parcheggio comodo vicino alla struttura.

Great location, perfect for both Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa superiore. Secret stairs take you anywhere. Nanni is the most wonderful host, cheerful, obliging and so so funny. We stayed opposite the main building, great views. Breakfast on the terrace was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

The Best Experience in Ragusa Sicily
This is a remarkably charming hotel! The fabulous and personalized service by the owner and his staff is unmatched by all the other eight places we stayed in Sicily. The view from the veranda is amazing and the room had every possible amenity needed. I will recommend Terra del Sole Ibla to everyone I know. Thank you again Nanni!!

Wonderful Ragusa!

+ The owner was so friendly and helpful. He helped us find parking for our car. Made sure we ate a good healthy breakfast. Showed us the secret gate. The place was beautiful, and our room was fantastic.

Nanni was the most gracious host I have had the pleasure to meet. He went out of his way to pick us up when we were lost as a taxi would not come get us. His breakfasts were delicious and different each day. The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this B&B and hope that I will visit again soon myself.
